Admin & Accounts Clerk
Responsibilites:


  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Responsible for accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Provide support for payroll processing and employee record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the office.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a similar administrative or accounts-related role, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL-based accounting software is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks.
  • A keen interest in providing high-quality customer service to our clients and their families.
  • Location: SS3 Petaling Jaya
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.30PM

Daycare Facilitator
Responsibilites:


  • Design and facilitate a variety of daily activities, such as group exercises, arts and crafts, music therapy, and cognitive stimulation games.
  • Assist with the personal care and daily living needs of the elderly daycare participants.
  • Monitor the health and well-being of participants and report any concerns to the care team.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the daycare facility.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure a holistic approach to each participant's needs.
  • Promote social interaction and foster a sense of community among daycare participants.
  • Document participant's progress and maintain thorough records.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a daycare, senior care, or similar setting.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with the elderly.
  • Demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm in developing and facilitate interactive activities.
  • Have empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of the elderly.
  • Knowledge of age-related physical, cognitive, and emotional changes, and the ability to adapt accordingly.
  • First aid certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proficient in Chinese dialects, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Locations: SS3 Petaling Jaya, or Cheras Kuala Lumpur
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.30PM. Some Saturdays may be required for special activities.

Physiotherapist
Responsibilites:


  • Develop personalized care plans tailored to address seniors' specific needs and goals.
  • Utilize a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities, to manage and alleviate pain, improving seniors' comfort and well-being.
  • Assist seniors in enhancing their ability to perform daily tasks independently.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to seniors throughout their therapy.
  • Collaborate effectively with other professional team members, including nurses, occupational therapists, and doctors.


Requirements:


  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; excellent career progression opportunities available.
  • Proficient in English/Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Chinese dialects is advantageous.

Senior Peer Support Volunteer
Responsibilites:


  • Accompany seniors for lunch and assist with activities.


  • Requirements:


    • Available on a weekly basis from Monday to Friday, 11AM onwards.
    • Open to healthy and active individuals who love to socialize and share.
    • University students are welcome to apply.
    • Seniors with any skill sets are most welcomed (e.g. play musical instrument, dance, art and crafts, flower arrangement, etc.)
    • Proficient in English/Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Chinese dialects is advantageous.
